01Who runs the stream?

Osmic supplies professional crew to operate the agreed cameras, audio and streaming equipment. We do not offer guest-operated DIY phone streaming.

02Can viewing be private?

We discuss public or private viewing and confirm the access controls supported by the selected platform. Guests receive the agreed viewing link and instructions.

03Can we watch it afterwards?

Recording and replay depend on your package and platform. Streams hosted through our channels can remain online; access and retention are confirmed before booking. Edited highlights are not included.

04What internet is needed?

We assess the venue connection and coverage before recommending a setup. Any backup arrangements are agreed in advance. Live streaming requires a suitable connection, so feasibility must be confirmed for your location.
