Conference Audio Visual

We upgrade your conference into an extraordinary live experience with the latest sound, lighting, staging and video equipment, all from our own stock. Our audio visual team will make sure your event is packed with impact and utilises the latest creative technology and an eye catching conference stage set to deliver a fantastic delegate experience.

Conference Content, Camerawork and Media

We benefit from an in house creative design and camerawork department. They will bring your event to life with custom slides and animated graphics , video content, music stings and pre-recorded voiceovers.  All inspired by your event branding.

If you are designing the content yourself, or have an agency to handle this side of things already, we work with you to stringently test this in the run up to the event to ensure it will display perfectly.

Live Stream & Record

On the day, our camera team can film your presentations, recording the video and audio with a view to producing an ‘edit’ or ‘showreel’ in our in house edit suite after the event. if you haven’t considered videoing your event, the footage is great for educational and promotional purposes. It can also be used on websites and social media streams to increase the reach of your conference. A live feed of the on-stage proceedings relayed to screens in the room is also an option for you.

 

Conference Production
