Send the event date, location, audience size and proposed layout. We will confirm screen positioning, projection distance, power and suitable anchoring for the site. The blower runs throughout use.
Outdoor projection works best after dark. Weather, wind and available space affect whether the setup is suitable; confirm the event plan with Osmic before booking.
Complete the setup
Projector, speakers or silent-cinema headphones can be quoted separately. Delivery, setup and collection are additional services priced for your venue.
