Is livestream one-way or two-way?

Wedding livestream is a one-way, high-definition stream. Why does this matter? Because Wedding livestream fits in seamlessly into any type of event, from small microweddings to big traditional weddings. Set up your cameras and capture the moment. No need to interact with guests on a screen. We’ve heard our virtual guests say the stream is better than a seat in the front row!

What is the setup process like?

It takes approximately 60 minutes to complete the live streaming setup, allowing for any possible troubleshooting issues. In most cases, it takes half as long.

All you need is one trusted guest to set up things with help from a producer. It’s as easy as placing a phone on a tripod and clicking a link.

How do my guests watch the live stream?

It’s truly as simple as clicking a link. They will type in or click a link provided by us. They can watch on the go from their phone, from a computer or even from a smart TV (for your more tech-savvy guests!).

I am concerned about my internet connection. Could that be a problem?

Nope! We know how important this day is for you and your partner, so we’re not about to make you stress about your live stream.

We’ll actually resolve any possible connectivity issues days before the ceremony, and give you tips to make sure it’s as fast as possible. Worst case scenario, we’ll record it and simulate it live for guests online.

So you’ll get to mingle with guests, celebrate your nuptials, and eat some cake without having to worry about a thing. Everything’s handled!

Phone cameras? How do they compare with full-blown cameras?

The cost of high-end cameras isn’t within every couple’s budget. Our method puts us somewhere in the middle of the road: better quality than any free app or software out there, but without the higher costs of a professional videography service.

Moreover, newer phones these days have better processing power than regular cameras. They can run in 1080p HD. Mobile phones are made for video calls, while professional cameras are designed to take pictures.

How do you make sure my wedding day runs smoothly?

Your wedding day should be memorable in every way. You want to be able to look back in five, ten, twenty years and still feel good about how your day went. That’s why we do a lot of planning in advance.

Our first step is to conduct a planning call to get an idea of the stream timeline, ideas for angles, and answer questions. Then, our live stream experts get to work.

We help check your internet connection, provide helpful tips to improve your connection, and perform a preliminary tech check to ensure all angles and audio are suitable on the wedding day. That way, no one is left wondering where anything goes or how things work.

How far in advance do I need to book?

While we would love to have as much time as possible to plan, we can turn a wedding live stream around in as little as 1 day (rush fees apply under 3 days). The more time we have, the more preparation we can do, as well as ensure availability of both a producer and rentals.

I want to rent equipment, how does it work?

We rent heavy-duty tripods + wireless microphone kits to ensure the best quality live stream. It is a 1-day rental period (longer rentals available) with rentals arriving at least the day before your wedding and then picked up back after the wedding. The cost includes delivery to and from your preferred location in the SEQ or Northern NSW.

Yes! The video player works like DVR. If guests arrive late (oops!) they can start watching live or rewind and start from the beginning. The full video is also available immediately after the stream ends to watch for guests who want to watch at a later time.

Is this just for the wedding ceremony, or the reception too?

Most couples choose to stream the ceremony with our Standard or Plus package. Want to share your big moments, like the first dance and toasts, with your virtual guests? Our Premium package was built for that!

Why should I livestream my wedding? Is it really something couples love to do?

Absolutely. Cousins, grandparents, or long-lost friends can’t always attend the wedding. People have finances, new babies, new jobs, or health concerns to worry about.

And the last thing you want to do is look back and wish someone had been there, especially if it’s someone very dear to you.

Can’t I just use a free app to stream the video myself?

Think of it this way: your wedding is your special day. This is supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration where all your loved ones cheer you on. It’s a whole day full of love, support, and happiness.

So, do you really want to capture all of that in a way that sacrifices quality? Because these free apps are free for a reason.

A good stream takes a lot of research, time, and equipment. Otherwise, your camera will only ever capture one angle.

We take care of all that for you, so you don’t have to worry about your virtual guests. All you have to do is enjoy your wedding day.
