White Sheer Ceiling Drape Hire – Single Piece

Elegant White Ceiling Draping for Weddings & Events

Transform your venue with our White Sheer Ceiling Drape Hire, available individually for flexible event styling and custom ceiling installations.

White ceiling draping creates a soft, flowing overhead feature that can complement wedding receptions, corporate gala dinners, awards nights and special celebrations.

Whether you’re looking to decorate a small section of a function room or create a larger ceiling canopy using multiple pieces, individual drape hire allows you to select the quantity required for your event.

Flexible Ceiling Draping Arrangements

Our white sheer drapes can be incorporated into a variety of decorative arrangements, subject to their dimensions and the venue’s rigging infrastructure.

Popular applications include:

• Flowing ceiling swags
• Radial ceiling canopy arrangements
• Decorative ceiling fabric features
• Wedding reception ceiling styling
• Ballroom and function room transformations
• Additional drapes for larger installations

The final layout depends on the fabric dimensions, suspension points, ceiling height and room configuration.

Wedding Ceiling Draping

White sheer ceiling drapes are an attractive addition to wedding receptions, particularly when combined with floral decorations, soft lighting and coordinated table styling.

The flowing fabric can help soften the appearance of exposed ceilings and create a more intimate atmosphere in larger function rooms.

Pair the ceiling draping with wedding backdrops, chair styling, dance floors and warm white decorative lighting for a coordinated presentation.

Corporate Gala Dinners & Special Events

White ceiling draping is equally suited to awards nights, charity functions, corporate celebrations and themed events.

The neutral white colour works with a wide range of event colour schemes and can be enhanced with separately hired lighting.

Osmic Productions can coordinate ceiling draping alongside staging, LED screens, sound systems, event lighting and complete audiovisual production.

Combine with Our 12pc Ceiling Drape Package

For larger installations, individual white ceiling drapes can be hired alongside our 12pc Ceiling Drape Package with Cross Centre Ring, subject to matching fabric specifications and available stock.

This allows additional fabric sections to be incorporated into a custom ceiling layout where the venue’s rigging infrastructure permits.

Professional Installation Available

Osmic Productions can provide professional ceiling draping installation and removal.

Because ceiling installations vary significantly between venues, installation is quoted separately.

Before confirming an installation quotation, we require the venue name and address, ceiling height, approximate room dimensions, available rigging points, confirmed load ratings, venue approval and access arrangements.

Additional suspension hardware, rigging equipment, elevated work platforms and specialist labour may be required.

All suspended installations must use suitable approved rigging points and comply with the venue’s requirements.

Complete Event Styling

Osmic Productions provides wedding styling, decorative draping, furniture hire, event lighting, staging, audiovisual equipment and complete event production throughout the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Queensland.
