DJ – Entertainment – Staff services Payment, Cancellation & Refund:

  • A $100 booking deposit payment must be made upon receiving your booking invoice from our sales team to lock in your event date, and/or equipment hire.
  • Osmic Productions will not hold any dates/equipment without deposit’s being paid.
  • The Customer may cancel the booking by providing us with 14 days’ notice in writing.
  • If full payment has been made, the difference between the Deposit and the total quote will be refunded.

Equipment Hire Cancelling a Booking:

Postponing Your Booking:
If your event is postponed, you may reschedule (at no extra charge) or a credit note will be issued to the full value of the booking (valid for 24 months).

If the Equipment You’ve Booked is Not Available:
In the event that the equipment/entertainer you have booked is not available and we are unable to recommend a suitable substitute, you can either: request a refund or credit note equal to the value of the unavailable equipment or cancel your booking for a full refund.

Equipment Hire – If You Do Not Provide the Correct Identification upon Pickup or Delivery:

Providing a valid Driver’s Licence or Government Photo Card reflecting your current residential address is a requirement of hiring with us. 
Refunds are not issued to customers who are unable to provide identification during pick-up or delivery.

Equipment Hire – If You Don’t Pick-up Your Booking:
Refunds are not issued in cases where a customer fails to pick-up or receive delivery of their booking at the designated time.

 
*Credit notes are not exchangeable for refunds or cash.
